Twirly Support

1. Open Twirly and tap the grown-up button (the gear) on the home screen.
2. Answer the grown-up question.
3. Tap Restore purchases. Packs bought with the same Apple Account unlock again.

• Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account (or Family Sharing group) that made the purchase.
• Connect to the internet and use Restore purchases.
• If you used Ask to Buy, the pack unlocks after the parent approves the request.
• Refunded purchases are locked again automatically.

Yes. Every Twirly pack is a one-time purchase that can be shared with your Family Sharing group, as long as purchase sharing is turned on.

A single one-time purchase that unlocks every pack — the current ones and any packs added later — without buying them separately.

No. Children see a small lock on pack items and are asked to fetch a grown-up. Purchases can only be started from the grown-up area after the grown-up question, and Apple then asks for confirmation. You can also turn off in-app purchases in Screen Time.

Saved looks live only on the device, in the Style Book. They are not uploaded anywhere, so we can’t recover them for you. They come back if you restore the whole device from an iCloud or computer backup that contains Twirly. Deleting the app deletes them.

Open the grown-up area and switch off Background music or Sound effects.

In the grown-up area, turn off Show pack items in the wardrobe. Your child will then see only free and owned items.

1. Close Twirly from the app switcher and open it again.
2. Make sure iOS or iPadOS is up to date.
3. Restart the device.
4. If it still happens, contact us and tell us the device model and what was on screen.
